We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.

Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Business address of the sole trader owner of Volar Digital Marketing Services, and in any other places where the third parties involved in the processing are located. It means that this information may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers or servers located outside of your country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from your jurisdiction.

Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.

Accessing, correcting and deleting your personal data

Subject to certain grounds for refusal set out in the Act, you have the right to access your readily retrievable personal information that I hold and to request a correction to your personal information.  Before you exercise this right, I will need evidence to confirm that you are the individual to whom the personal information relates.

You have the right to delete or request that we assist in deleting the Personal Data that we have collected about You. Our Service may give you the ability to delete certain information about you from within the Service.

You may update, amend, or delete your information at any time by contacting us to request access to, correct, or delete any personal information that you have provided to us.

In respect of a request for correction, if we think the correction is reasonable and we are reasonably able to change the personal information, we will make the correction.  If we do not make the correction, we will take reasonable steps to note on the personal information that you requested the correction.

Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 16.
